Physical Requirements: Lifting objects up to 50lbs, sitting for long periods of time.

Job Summary
This senior library technician performs copy cataloging for a variety of formats in the Fine Arts Library utilizing OCLC and the local integrated library system. Reviews cataloging and shelf-prep for monographs from Monograph Acquisitions. Performs record maintenance as directed. Organizes and supervises projects in the Fine Arts Library as directed. Oversees processing activities, including training students and staff and ordering supplies. Supervises students as assigned.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Office Word and Excel; ALMA or other Integrated library system; and OCLC.

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience with music and/or art materials. Experience in copy cataloging in an academic library. Experience with binding and repair.
